Pros

Would only recommend graduate to start their career but not working there for more than 6 months.

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations. Because they don't have much tech knowledge, or don't know what software/cloud is, they feel they can ask employees anything and expect results regardless of whether it is achievable or not. They feel onboarding and support staff's work is really easy and they keep piling up more and more work. Company has lost more than 6 employees within a year, while it's a company of only 20 employees. They promise you something in the interview but then they don't deliver it. They really sell you as they need people and then expect you to work afterhours, work before start time and then don't pay for overtime. Salary is so poor that it feels like it's almost a joke. No WFH,No growth, Poor management.

Pros

You get free fruits and salary on time

Cons

I have a lot to say but to summaries, This place is a slave yard. you will be expected to work till late and start early. your personal life or time has no value. you will be policed for every minute you spend there no matter how hard you have worked but you will always be blamed for something that didn't happen. the owners who run this business are bullies and hypocrites

Pros

Do not be fooled by the initial promises. They hire you for one thing and then try to squeeze you into roles you weren't hired for and guilt trip you to make it seem like you can’t say no as it’s for the business’s needs. The employees of this company, past and present, deserve a lot more, and it’s really disappointing to see first-hand a working environment like this one.

Cons

Hypocritical directors: Rules don't apply to them. They talk about values but don't live them. Disrespectful communication: Employees are spoken to in a degrading manner with no consequences. Business-first mentality: Zero care for employee well-being; you're just a cog in their machine. Rigid hierarchy: Your ideas and concerns are ignored, creating a demoralising atmosphere. Exploitative practices: Unpaid overtime is expected and enforced through meetings, with negative repercussions for those who don't comply. Toxic leadership: The directors create a hostile environment where employees feel belittled and undervalued. High turnover: People leave constantly due to the negative atmosphere & this becomes very clear within the first few weeks of working at this company.
