Great mission. Many dedicated, sincere, kind employees and bosses.
Cons
I have worked at THCR, and known many others who have worked there for years. Even though many people at Timothy Hill were kind and sincere, THCR is a revolving door when it comes to employees. THCR does not reward employees who stay long term, nor does it reward loyalty to the organization. They want you to be spent for THCR but not get back in return. In fact, the longer you stayed, it seemed the more they pressed you to leave. Perhaps because you were beginning to accrue benefits, or were working towards retirement.
