      Cons

      Poor pay, poor working conditions, constant moving of goalposts ref commission. Totally mis sold the role and they are very much behind the curve when it comes to the digital offering

      Good for training and knowledge

      Cons

      Had to work in silence daily. No fun to the workplace really. Management not the most approachable or considerate. Un-optional overtime not paid - minimal to no flexibility.
