- Straight forward software development projects - Good place to start understanding about software
Cons
- Management does not listen or act on any employee feedback - Low increments (if you are lucky) - No bonus at all - Low employee welfare - Boomer mentality

1) Friendly colleagues, lead, and manager. 2) Provides good support if we want to seek help. 3) Manager who is professional and understands staff well. 4) Flexible/Hybrid working environment 5) Has a travel allowance, surprisingly good for a startup.
Cons
For freshers or those new to this industry, they need to work hard to learn fast and adapt to the digital industry.
