Pros

They're welcoming to most applicants and all teachers. It's a great entry job as a teacher. The salary is fair, they give lots of benefits like professional development meetings and staff parties. Most of the teachers and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cons

There isn't much professional development to go beyond this role, the material can still be improved.

Schedule can be hectic with numerous phonics and playgroup lessons back to back

- Different class every hour so gets little tiring (6-8 hour shift) - Need to write comments for students after each class despite having less time to do so
