      Pros

      The company is not very transparent, there is a lot of secrets going on and you don't feel part of business. People are underplayed but often under a lot of stress because of workload.

      Cons

      The people they employed at least were lovely and you have a chance to make friends at work.

      Excellent like-minded staff Great staff discount Generally store management is very good and treat staff well

      In almost all cases, your pay will be minimum wage regardless of expertise or experience. Very little incentive to go beyond basic responsibilities
