Pros
I am constantly amazed by my upper management. They try so hard to make sure I, and everyone else, are on the right track and ready to go. They are always on call if I ever need assistance. They are always looking for new ways to make my job easier, and they address any, and all of my concerns with haste. The pay is amazing, the management is amazing, and I set my own hours. What's not to love?
Cons
I've worked at this company for 8 years and I truly don't see any Cons. The company has treated me very well, and I'm very thankful for all the opportunities that I have been presented with.

Pros
Titanium is an awesome place to work with great benefits, paid time off, and 401K! There is a positive atmosphere with friendly and intelligent coworkers. We are passionate about our clients and make sure we are able to fulfill their needs. Supervisors allow and encourage your input and opinions on subjects. Which is important to me!
Cons
Due to the nature of the legal court documents we process for our clients, often times the defendants on the case misunderstand and can be difficult to communicate with.
