Pros

Once a great place to work, many great people work there. Tide seems to be turning.

Cons

Completely out of touch with majority of workforce. Skills, strengths and contributions of many associates not recognized or utilized. Too many meetings.

Pros

This place is a sweat shop and the people runninng it have no clue. They pride themselves as being #1 in golf balls but the writting is on the wall.

Cons

Sweat shop mentality, management still living in the 60's. Workers not valued and expected not to have a life outside of work.

Pros

The brand Titleist is amazing. But most of the people working the the one down here are absolutely terrible and take zero accountability for their errors, very abusive strange coworkers also. Large amount of female jealousy. Team leaders were very nice. But HR is literally insane and outta her mind. Keep hiring that trash Titleist. No wonder plant number 2 suffers so severely.

Cons

They should verify their workers more. Most are so shameful and do not belong there. Zero professionalism. Poor placement of workers.
