      Pros

      Good atmosphere, creative energy. Positive mood, good salary, inclusive to junior staff. Food often provided by work. Snacks and drinks all the time. Travel benefits for those interested. Company is growing fast. In comparison to many other companies, Tixly is very solid.

      Cons

      Some times the management is a little bit lacking, but the silver lining is that they are working on improving the communication channels.

      Great team, clueless leadership in charge

      Pros

      The engineering team I worked with was talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I always felt like a valued member of the group, and the work culture among teammates was excellent. I enjoyed the projects I worked on, met all deadlines, and felt a strong sense of purpose in what I was doing.

      Cons

      Despite the positive working relationships and strong project delivery, my contract was not renewed after a 6-month trial period. The reason given was vague—something about performance not meeting expectations—despite never receiving any feedback or guidance that anything needed improvement. I even returned to work early from a serious injury and still delivered on time, which made the decision feel especially confusing and disappointing. The lack of communication from management about performance expectations or concerns during the entire period was frustrating. It came as a complete surprise to both me and my team, who were equally shocked and disagreed with the decision.

      No additional bonuses. Company strives to keep You in one place. Bad salary compared to other companies.
