Pros
Hybrid Work. Some good team members if they haven't been laid off already
Cons
It’s a public service to warn anyone thinking of joining this company. The image they project looks modern and friendly, but inside it’s small, cliquey, and toxic. Middle management runs everything. They are arrogant and insecure, promoting their friends and shutting everyone else out. They talk endlessly about teamwork and inclusion, but none of it shows up in how people are treated. There’s a clear lack of diversity, and communication feels like talking into a void. Feedback is vague and often condescending. You can give everything you have and still be told you fell short for reasons no one can explain. The technology is outdated. Almost everything depends on IBM’s old Tririga platform, and most of the work is just patching problems and pretending it’s innovation. The pay is low, the benefits are bare, and the so-called “fun culture” feels forced and juvenile. Layoffs have become constant, and they often target the people doing the real work because they earn a little more. What’s left is burnout, confusion, and a company that’s clearly sinking. This company will break your soul before ultimately laying you off.
