      Pros

      Work is fun. Co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      No growth in terms of skillset. No mentorship. Low pay. 24/7 work hours even if contract says 9 hours a day. Management systems are built to extract value to employees. Slave-driver mentality.

      One thing I like about working here is my co-workers. They are the best people and the most collaborative when it comes to work. The benefits are okay. There are monthly events that helps the employees relieve stress.

      Maybe i can say is ,not because Tobys Sports is one of the popular sports store in the Philippines, but This company taught me so well. Learning new strategies for marketing, being good in sales stalking and we work as team. The work is fun and easy 🙂.
