Big boss is nice, but is too busy and won't delegate. So he is underwater and unaware that his senior leadership team is micromanaging like it's still a mom & pop firm of 8 or 10 staff. At this scale of an operation, that equals chaos, frustration, low trust, and poor deliverables & services quality.
