Pros

Remote working and doesn't have to commute. Good if you are someone that likes to talk much but does nothing.

Cons

You have to attend two meetings per day (2-3 hours) to reduce your productivity and distract you, which means you will always be out of working time. They openly say they don't encourage working overtime, but they don't prevent staff from doing so. At the end of the day, you will be hit by the manager that you are less productive and you will be put on notice. If they don't satisfied with you, they will make you redundant and hire others within 2 months. The management could boost anyone and deface any person they like as they wish. This has happened to me and one previous staff member. They will reduce the allocation of tasks to you at some point and make you look incompetent, which makes you fall into the trap of getting a notice and termination. They are not clear about who they would prefer when they are hiring and they just wanted to get rid of anyone that they don't talk with. I would like to give 0 stars if I could.
