Everything, Production knows nothing about production, only organizes google meet for anything, does not coordinate, knows nothing about the project and above all, never makes mistakes or failures. Holidays are not respected, They always insinuate that you have to work them and that they make them up another day, but they do not give it as something optional, they apply it as if you were a slave. They don't pay on time, The pay is less than what any studio on the island pays, which in itself is well below the average in Spain.
