Pros

Great people and lots of room to grow

Cons

Tried to negotiate salary multiple times over 2.5 years and never got anything more. CEO and leadership say a lot of words but always falling behind on deliverables. Had lay offs Feb 2023 and said they were doing it to make sure they had enough money to not have to do it again, but did more lay offs less than 1 year later Jan 2024. The company hides their flaws behind unnecessary wellness sessions and unlimited PTO. I would not recommend because your future is very unstable even if they say it isn’t.

Pros

>The company does have a good mission to try to improve the lives of patients. > Remote work is a plus. > Decent health insurance. > Great diversity across the organization.

Cons

> The company simply does not value its employees enough. > Very low over-all compensation (hourly and salary) across all levels. > Compensation re-evaluation talks are non existent, even after being at the company during its performance reviews they essentially just told most employees they will not be receiving a raise, even to counteract inflation. > They brazenly ignore the industry standards yet boast about their "benefits and compensation", which are both lacking. > Not enough maternity leave. > Exceeding high employee turn-over rates across the entire organization. > Consistently changing priorities from management. > Changing the work flows to make the job more dull, repetitive and more mentally taxing. > No clear growth path out of a role, even when talent outside the role is being shown. > Will make some employees practically work two jobs while keeping the same pay (even after performance reviews). > Misallocation of company resources and time. > A disconnect between the upper management and staff, leading to lower efficiency. > Management and training specialists speak to employees like they are children.

Thanks very much for your feedback. I take your feedback seriously and want to make sure I respond here directly. Our people are our greatest asset and our first priority. I acknowledge that as we've rapidly grown, we haven't always communicated individual growth paths as clearly across the team. However, in response to feedback from our team, we have recently prioritized and launch a range of team development programs to articulate clear growth paths across levels of the organization. I encourage you to reach out directly and set up a time with me or our new Chief People Officer so we can directly address your concerns.
