Pros

Hybrid working so there is a good home/work balance. Relaxed, fun atmosphere. Young friendly and creative staff

Cons

Unprofessional leadership, can feel chaotic and there is a lack of communication. Do not feel valued as there is no support or career progression. Office is too small for the number of people, hot desking and noise level is an issue so it is often hard to focus.
