Tonti was a very interesting company to work for. They give you no true empowerment to do you job as a manager. There is absolutely no budget to work with but you will get in trouble if you spend money at all. They state they are resident driven but when you put money into resident parties... once again, not ok. When you try to obtain gift cards from vendors to put a resident party together, once again, not ok. They like to say one thing and do another. One minute you are the best employee and they are so happy you are here, then the next minute you get the largest cold shoulder ever. They call themselves diverse but as soon as they hear I was a Lesbian, the next thing I knew, I was out. They are very gossipy and they play favorites on a high level. There is absolutely no room for growth within this company. They will not promote or take time to train any employee. They want you to stay where you're at. They will take the word of an onsite employee that has the worst attitude and causes the most drama over someone that is truly trying to perform and show the company their worth. Do not expect anything up to date. They are still running far behind any other management company and they do not pay out any bonuses to management.

No home life, properties are under staffed. Every year they cut something out of the insurance and the rate goes up. not much room for growth, small company.
