Pros
The view, and the location. They are placed in Puerto Madero, but don´t let that fool you... that is all.
Cons
They lie a lot during the interview, they wait for you to sign the contract and then they tell you the truth. There are no growing opportunities, they do not care about their resources, just the money... They control everything , if you get there at 9.05 you leave at 18.05 not a minute after, not a minute less ... the working enviroment is terrible: co workers quit every week, and the ones that remain are friends with the boss.
