No pros I see. Stressful environment. They assign tasks always at last minute. No systematic approach.
Cons
- Top management doesn't care about the employees.
- 4 years no increment. Not even a single penny. This is really bad for the employees.
- No bonus.
- No leadership skills, lot of micro-management, that affects the employees productivity and efficiency.
