Pros

The doughnuts are great, the people are awesome, and the hours are manageable. For a doughnut shop I think they do a good job with coffee. If you're thinking about starting your career as a barista this is a fine place to get some hands on experience with decent coffee and good machines.

Cons

Pay is kinda low, but tips are good. Not sure if they still do this, but they had an insurance plan at one point with okay benefits. Also, there is very little room to move up in the company.

Pros

Free coffee and doughnuts Easy job

Cons

- Anti-Feminist work environment, as well as constant transphobic remarks. (This goes for all locations— I worked at 5 different locations) - Anti homeless ( calling people dirty / very prejudice ) - Over worked and underpaid. Took away cash tips and accepting cash^^ - You won’t ever get a promotion because managers will only hire their “friends”. - Managers all smoke/vape in the store + will leave during a rush for an hour long break. - most of their locations break health code - ceo is a tone deaf rich guy who thinks a minimum barista job is a “luxury” - customers are super entitled and order you around like a dog because they think overpriced donuts means butler service. Bottom line you won’t be treated like more than half a person unless you kiss up.
