Pros
It's hard to find 5 words for pros. Maybe that they have a nice office in a nice building in Munich? Or maybe that they offer free coffee.
Cons
You will deal directly with the CEO. At first, he will be your best friend. Will call you directly, promise you a lot of good things. Later he won't even care about your issues. The company can even forget to pay you some salaries. If you even dare to quit the company, they will do everything to pay you less. They will change your contract dates and even charges you for ticket flights you didn't ask for. So, I would never recommend this company not even for my worst enemy.
