Pros

If you want to work for a company like Initech, and have a boss who doesn't give a crap about you, then Topographic is the place for you.

Cons

Work environment was impersonal and pretentious. People in positions of power like to waste a lot of money, and then remind their employees of all the hardships they face while running the company. If you want to work as an instrument of the proletariat to fill the pockets of some jerk off in a giant truck, then topographic is perfect.

Willing to hire almost anyone at anytime despite experience or background.

Cons

Willing to fire anyone no matter how long they have been with the company and for any reason. Preferable fire dates being right before benefits kick in, right before bonus payouts, and or during holidays.
