None. Management and leadership has zero idea how to support their sales team and is in constant fights amongst themselves over who is seemingly worse at their job.
Cons
Sales directors with zero sales aptitude or leadership skills. Turn over is super high because of their inability to support their sales team. I feel like the directors do not care about turn over rate because it is an excuse for them to go out to lunch while training new hires.
