The experience has been very gratifying. Amy has been very helpful throughout the interview/hiring process. As she had mentioned during the initial personal interview, everything happened very fast. Within 2-3 weeks I was able to land a new job. Thanks to the team in the Alexandria, VA office. They really go above and beyond to make sure candidates find a job they like. I would definitely recommend Torchlight Hire to a friend or colleague.

Cons

The only cons is on myself for not contacting them sooner!!! It would’ve saved me a long time of working at a place I hated!

I cannot say enough good things about this team. Heidi, the CEO, has built an all-around positive and supportive culture. The team works hard to provide the best experience to candidates and clients alike. I am grateful for all that I have learned during my time with TorchLight.

Cons

Teams can be a bit siloed at times but leadership does a good job of scheduling in-person and virtual meetings/events for co-workers to catch up.
