Pros

The M.D plays a crucial role in exposing junior-level executives to different aspects of PR. It's a thoughtful gesture from the management to provide lunch, showing their care for the well-being of the employees.

Cons

Unfortunately, certain managers exhibit inappropriate behavior by resorting to abusive language, engaging in bullying tactics towards executives, and even mocking their shortcomings in front of their peers. This creates a mentally taxing and draining environment, especially for those in entry-level positions.

Pros

1. A meticulous mechanism to streamline and delegate tasks to employees. One must report to the senior management about their tasks and agency every friday. 2. An involved MD, SG (CEO) will ensure that you not only work on you strength but also on your abilities that require more attention. An understanding and perceptive founder makes a wonderful team of employees. He ensures that there is a synchronous communication between employees across branches—through weekly briefings. 3. An empathetic and an outstanding team of people who are one of the best in PR industry. The firm has been in the space for a long time thus, it knows how to train its employees and make them have their own career trajectory. A fresher inducted in the agency will be trained by seasoned professionals in the industry. 4. Some of the best clients- Torque believes to have clients that can achieve great heights and momentum. It builds a brand from scratch and makes it forefront player in the industry. All in all, A Torque-ian will always remain a Torque-ian!

Cons

Work-life balance is an issue and one has to be on toes every day. However, that remains typical of any PR agency. One must adapt to the rising demands as the team manages varied clients.

Pros

The organization offers substantial exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, enabling a well-rounded understanding of varied PR mandates. The work environment is highly hands-on, providing practical experience across media relations, client servicing, and campaign execution. Senior team members, particularly those with long-standing tenure, bring valuable industry knowledge and are supportive in guiding and mentoring team members, creating a strong learning ecosystem. It is an excellent platform for individuals at an early stage in their careers to build a solid foundation in public relations.

Cons

The nature of work is fast-paced and often involves managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, which can be demanding and requires strong prioritization skills. As the organization continues to grow, certain processes are still evolving, which may occasionally lead to ambiguity or require additional coordination.
