Pros

My time at the company allowed me to gain practical experience as a Guitar and Western Vocal Instructor. I had the opportunity to teach students of different age groups, improve my instructional techniques, and contribute to their musical development.

Cons

Low salary compared to the workload and responsibilities. HR lacked empathy and professionalism in handling employee concerns. During a family bereavement, communication was focused on my return-to-work date rather than offering support or condolences, which created a negative work. There was a constant fear of salary deductions for minor issues, which negatively affected employee morale.
