Pros
There are really no pros with this company, hard work is not appreciated. Margaret the director is very rude at times and makes things uncomfortable for drivers, she talks to you anyway she wants. Even the people in pilot warehouse thinks she’s very rude and don’t like working with her. I could go on and on about this job.
Cons
No benefits, no 401K, no incentives, no appreciation.

Cons
- Awful place to work for overall. - Extremely toxic management. - If you say anything, they will punish you. They reduce your hours and block access to choosing shifts. If you have a slight disagreement you will be removed and sacked - They spy on their drivers. They are constantly reviewing interior dash cams to watch drivers and invade their privacy, they promised they only review for incidents, however they watch you whenever they wish to. - Their staff turnover numbers are beyond imaginable. They sack driver whenever we have the slightest of concerns. - If you recieve a fine, they double it. They keep half the money and profit of drivers innocent mistakes. - Little to no breaks. They also can cut your hours during your shift because they're not busy and won't pay you for your full shift. - they favour drivers over others. If you're new, they will take advantage. - CEO is toxic. Ops managers are toxic.
