      Pros

      Really listen to their staff, the culture is just so good and the H manager really cares. I left because of personal reasons, but would go back in a heart beat.

      Cons

      Very very fast paced, can be overwhelming as everything is manual. They are bringing a news system in, so hopefully that will help. Workload is high.
