It's a corporation like from the movies, but they pretend it's a family place. Lots of fake smiles. No raises. No love for the work they contribute to. They do the bare minimum everywhere. Upper management doesn't care about you or the people they serve. They hire college students and other desperate people, so a good number of your co-workers will be very gross types and will come in smelling of illicit substances. No raises, even if you have improved in a positive direction. They have no positive performance documentation, but lots of disciplinary forms, even for minor things.
