It'a ironic that a company claiming to provide happy and healthy workplace to its clients has an unhappy and poor working environment itself. There's never a clear direction from the management. The boss has no idea what he wants but keeps micromanaging. Staff morale is low, most colleagues are cold.

There is a lack of design support during peak seasons, as only one in-house designer is responsible for handling over 200 events while also managing branding design. Additionally, the toilet environment is poor — cleaning is scheduled only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and sometimes it’s skipped altogether. There is also only one toilet shared by around 20 staff members of both genders, which is highly inconvenient and unsanitary..
