I wish there were any Pros to write about TSG.
Cons
Many! 1. unprofessional 2. unethical 3. toxic to its epitome 4. No sense of work allocation basis the designation 5. No dedicated HR. HR, Finance, Admin, fixer is all same. All in one. And such organization never succeeds.
