      You're able to get full throttle on the job/ in the field training. Ready or not. Easy going with taking time off.

      Cons

      Unorganized with insufficient training. Will over-work you and disregard work-life balance. You will work in dirty unclean spaces from time to time. Bad employee retention rate.
