Pros
People here are friendly, supportive, and fun. You won't be short of laughs and dances while working hard!
Cons
Can be a sweat factory in summer. In winter, you'll move more than enough to keep warm. Quota is a bit too high.

Pros
The factory employees are kind and willing to go the extra mile to help admin staff. Food truck shows up daily.
Cons
Administration management and environment extremely cliquey, gossipy, passive aggressive. Expect to put up with hushed whispers by old timers who act like the new staff aren't even there. Be prepared to be a work horse while supervisors and office favourites do jack-all and refuse to train new staff in what is a very niche manufacturing field with intricate product knowledge just because they "don't want to". Oh, and expect little to no repercussions for slurs, insults and exclusion (and impersonating other team members in emails to clients)
