- Fully remote. - Flexible working. - Good immediate colleagues.

Cons

- Lack of leadership or direction. - So much change that no one actually knows what's what anymore. - Private equity acquisition has killed the culture. - Poor communication. - An LMS system / product provider and yet they have no learning & development strategy for their own employees. - Repeatedly ignores employee concerns. - Lack of career development unless you happen to be in the 'right circles'. - Poor financial decision making leading to lack of job security.

Remote work. Great team lead. Good colleagues.

Cons

Investment firm plans to sell company in 2027/28 and are cutting back teams and resources. Lost big client recently so under financial pressure. Laid off a dozen employees 2026. Senior leadership all being moved to the UK. They don't seem to understand the strengths of the business and its just another generic tech company.

Hiring and firing is rife nothing is secure Greedy management cutting back on everything CEO Is never heard or seen what's he doing? Toxic culture constantly worried if I'll have a job day after day.
