      Pros

      - Fully remote. - Flexible working. - Good immediate colleagues.

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership or direction. - So much change that no one actually knows what's what anymore. - Private equity acquisition has killed the culture. - Poor communication. - An LMS system / product provider and yet they have no learning & development strategy for their own employees. - Repeatedly ignores employee concerns. - Lack of career development unless you happen to be in the 'right circles'. - Poor financial decision making leading to lack of job security.

      Pros

      Strong, smart leadership. Well funded. Strong product and high customer satisfaction/NPS score. High pay and premium benefits. Smart employees and good teamwork. Basically, a strong company with friendly and smart people.

      Cons

      Time zones. Totara has 40 employees in Wellington, New Zealand, 40 in England and more throughout the US. It can be tricky organizing meeting between the UK and New Zealand and results in some late hours. But fortunately, management is respectful of this sacrifice.

      Read the rest of these reviews. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional work environment. not only is the head of the department over learning unprofessional, she is also uneducated in various forms. Seek employment elsewhere
