Not the worst, but avoid it would be the best decision here
Pros
Monthly paycheck is on time. The coffee machines are decent. Fruit supply once a week. WFH has a few days a week.
Cons
I could give it two stars or maybe even three stars. Instead, I give one star to neglect the other paid five stars review. Totara asked the senior managers to leave high and empty reviews. Read those disgraceful below. First, the company cares about the employee last. I can't recall any benefits from Totara. No insurance, no gym or other discounts. No volunteer event reimbursement. Years ago, one curry for lunch every two weeks. Secondly, the senior management is beyond terrible since there's pretty much nothing. Under the CEO, there is one CTO similarity role. That combo decides everything. One example, they changed the team structure without consulting anybody. You start work for another team the next day right after being told from a flash meeting. That affected all PDEs that worked for them. The founder and former CEO stepped down which is a good thing for the long run. CEO once said "If you're not working 8 hours, you're stealing my money" in front of everyone. With all things in mind, Zero supports employee career growth. The workload is high and just like being a human battery. Last but not least, they always know the wage is below the market. Because they give you counteroffers and shares to ask you to stay when you're leaving them. Annual salary raise reviews can't even match the cost-of-living increases. Also, stop branding the company’s culture with diversity and LGBTQ friendly. You need to do much more work than just using the pronoun.
