      Remote work is nice at least.

      Cons

      Abusive management. Owner is disrespectful and rude. The hands down worst job I have ever had in my entire life. Owner will claim you "aren't working" so he can go off on you on his power trip like a toddler while he complains about his personal life. Acts like you should bow down to him for paying you minimum wage/beg for a day off. Here's the thing, there are millions of jobs out there that will 1. respect you as a person 2. pay you a livable wage. Crazy idea isn't it?

      For the past few years, not a single team member has left Touch Up Home unless they continuously did not show up for work weekly, or they signed into the timesheets and were not actually working. The claim above is disingenuous because no one on the team is ever rude, but when a team member gets caught lying and stealing time, they get aggressive and rude and lash out by writing reviews to hide their deceitfulness . While we can't have these reviews removed that are not truthful, we will certainly respond to them and call people out for not telling the truth.
