      Pros

      People in the company are very nice. The work life balance is pretty good compared with many other IT companies. The office in Santa Clara is pretty good with the view of Levis Stadium. Engineers are encouraged to propose ideas. Therefore, although the company is not that big, it invented my technologies. Basically you can learn a lot.
