      Toxic environment.

      Pros

      Get to work on cool cars, and work alongside great colleagues.

      Cons

      The owner is really toxic, turnover is super high, pay is subpar, and overtime is unpaid because techs are salary. The contracts are predatory, there is no training, and it really feels like there's no way to advance within the company.

      Involved in Modified Subaru WRX STI cars and other Japanese manufacturing cars. Good for summer students who are looking into getting involved with car culture. Also, great employees, very knowledgeable people who know about performance modification.

      Cons

      No career opportunity, basic pay as well.
