Pros
The only that can be considered as pros is that salary was always on time. Never received later. And a great lesson, that yourself is more important that any kind of bad working environment.
Cons
The only you need is to have low self estimate , etrong stomach and nerves of steal to handle the psychological effects of the unspeakable CEO. Yealing, insulatings, bulling, everything that will remind you that you are his slave and not a civilized employee that is doing is best for the business. If you are respecting your self avoid spending a day there.
