      1. They will quote a different salary and in the end will give you much much much lower amount in hand. 2. Ultra high workload so good luck if you want to forget personal life exists 3. Too much egoistic owners. They live in Singapore and I was amazed at their sudden objection to not call them by first name but call them mam or sir. What the hell.??? Are you living in old ages ?

      Get bullied all along your journey Afterall it teaches you resilience A sheer show of complete hard work - Guess every one of us has not the same IQ, so someone has to do the hard and dirty works. You get paid on time.

      Integrity, Respect, Dignity all go for a toss. Introduction to the decade-old concept of micromanagement Other cons are no work-life balance, very few holidays, poor management, chances are you might have nightmares and PTSD

      Salary is on time. That's it.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement which actually makes you feel you are in a torture cell. There is no HR, nothing. The hiring will be done by the owner, your reporting will be to the owner (Vandana Om Kumar) and if you quit the company they will tell other employees that they fired you. Another major problem is extremely inhuman working hours. You cannot logout before 13 hours even if your work is complete. I have seen people work here for 16 hrs a day too and then falling ill. If you want to ruin your physical and mental health for money only then join this LALA company.
