Got offer- turned it down

Pros

Offer remote work and a cool industry.

Cons

didn’t work there just got an offer for a travel sales specialist. I was very turned off by the interview process. Not once did they ask what I was looking for, ask about my background or talk about core values etc... they just want to get you in the door. Felt like I was just a number. They talked about being able to perform (hit numbers) for their investors. Thats all they cared about. And that is always a scary thing. Seems like they need to figure out what kind of work culture they want to create. Also, they offer low salaries, long work hours, not much vacation time, and terrible benefits. If you are an experienced sales person, this job is not for you (at least until they figure out some stuff internally).

Young team, open for new ideas and changes

Cons

You're just a number. if you don't deliver the number, off you go. often people get dismissed and you just don't know what happened to them
