Pros

A chance for people with very little education to become good at being con artists/annoying sales people. You were a suit for like an hour for no real reason so that's nice?

Cons

You'll hear a lot of buzz words like growth opportunities and self management but it's nonsense. You're a door to door salesman. That's it. Bottom line. If you're okay with that then cool but they are very dishonest about what the work actually is until you're actually doing it. Also commission based pay only. And unpaid training.

Hey, there Reviewer! It seems we didn't part on amicable terms, and for that, we are saddened to read. We find your review particularly aggressive, especially regarding your comments towards education level and being "con artists". Last time we checked, AT&T was one of the highest regarded companies within the telecommunications industry, and we are incredibly proud to represent them. If we in turn could be upfront with you, it would be to say that you were explained every aspect of our lead-based sales campaign prior to accepting employment, as well as clearly explained the compensation and training. Perhaps you missed the paperwork and new hire orientation that followed your interview process? Regardless, we hope that in our parting you have found something better suited for you professionally! Take care and be well! Sincerely, Tova Inc Management Team

Pros

The environment Can be fun in the office, commission could be rewarding if you're lucky but otherwise there are no pros

Cons

Expect to work very hard for little pay, if any. You will not get a base pay or paid training. Also expect well over 40 hours and to be talked to like you're slacking if you don't. You will be selling ATT Products door to door. They won't tell you that over the phone though.

Hey, there reviewer. We're saddened to see your review, especially as it doesn't seem you worked with our company for any length of time. We do work on behalf of AT&T, but we operate off of generated leads and VERY comfortably tell people that. There is zero benefit for us to interview or hire people who don't have a complete understanding of the job responsibilities. In fact, it's the reason our second interview is a day of job observation. If sales wasn't a great fit for you professionally, that is more understandable, but saying you were lied to is inaccurate. We hope since your time here that you have found a better fit professionally. Sincerely, Tova Inc Management Team

Pros

Youre not forced to sit at a desk all day

Cons

You're not forced to sit at a desk all day because you're forced to bombard businesses everyday to try and sell them office supplies.

Hey, Reviewer! While we appreciate the feedback, we believe you are writing regarding the company we share an office space with. Tova Inc works on behalf of AT&T in the cable/satellite industry, not with office supplies and businesses. We respectfully ask that you place your review with the appropriate company! Sincerely, Tova Inc Management Team
