Very diverse Some great individual people
Cons
No real training/induction period sets up staff to fail Management are poor at best in some cases and have no idea how to steer or manage teams. Directors have no real idea how to improve the company internally. Poor processes and procedures and the general attitude towards work is poor and lackluster.
