Pros
Some good people working here. Relaxed office environment with reasonable working hours and a management who are flexible when needed. As previously mentioned the rest of the office team are hard working and easy to get on with.
Cons
Payroll structure is a little unusual and despite some improvements recently, HR processes are a little disjointed
