Quiet environment, family ownership, company-sponsored events like picnics and annual holiday formal. Recent expansions and hires are broadening company's reach and clients (hospitals and hospital chains.) Working to adapt SaaS model for key parts of the business.
Cons
Work is steady, but can be repetitive for analysts/consultants. Much of the work done is cyclic, preparing annual financial reports and analyses. Typical late evenings/weekends as deadlines approach. HIPAA environment means extra care needs to be taken with all work, as any violations are financially and legally serious.
