      Redundant due to Closure of Factory

      Pros

      Very focussed on strong procedures to maintain the highest quality vehicles manufactured in Altona. A broad range of Engineering disciplines and opportunities to meet global colleagues for collaboration.

      Cons

      With the closure of manufacturing in Australia by all 3 remaining OEM's the roles have been permanently relocated to Thailand and the USA. For many staff, this relocation wasn't possible and the redundancy package was sufficient to leave the company for many employees.
