Salary wise the company offers good pay. Benefits are great too. Health insurance is very affordable for the entire family, and great options. Good growth up to a certain point.
Cons
The hours and expectations change drastically from the interview, to when you first start working to after 4 weeks of work. You are told M-F 8-5, then it becomes M-F 6-6 Sat and Sun 8-5. Weekends that were only every once in a while become expected every weekend and point of contention. Upper management has huge room for cultrual difference training and professionalism. Japenese speak their native language during meetings and do not have the courtesy to have it translated. When asked to they say it isn't important. It is important for quality and honest communication to meet company and profit goals.
