My time at TraVek was incredibly stressful due to a lack of support and an unhealthy work culture. My manager regularly assigned me large projects with unrealistic timelines and insufficient resources to complete them, which made the job overwhelming. The company appeared to thrive on hustle culture, leading to significant turnover among employees. The most disappointing aspect of my experience occurred when I provided more than two weeks’ notice to ensure a smooth transition. Rather than appreciating my professionalism, my manager attempted a power play, stating he might let me go before my notice period was up. When I sought clarification, he ignored me entirely. Ultimately, I didn’t leave the job—I left unprofessional and toxic management
