      Pros

      I have been with Trace for quite some time. The pay is decent and there is plenty of overtime. The scheduling is very flexible and they work with you. No hold overs and the dispatchers are great. They make sure you've eaten or grabbed a cup of coffee even when it's extremely busy. Management and owner are reasonable and descent people who actually care.

      Cons

      The insurance is ok but very costly.

      Pros

      They were very flexible with scheduling. Most co-workers are great and enjoyable to work with. Overall an extremely easy job

      Cons

      You get off late consistently, most dispatchers are unprofessional, some coworkers have no idea what they are doing or are just miserable, the job does not pay the bills, and there are very little opportunities for advancement.
